It is a quite narrow, upright and colorful dwarf with lightly variegated green leaves during dormant times and pushing bright rich gold shoots and leaves over the dark green winter leaves during spring and summer. It is an all year long beauty. Golden Dwarf is a petite and charming clone for containers and rock gardens. Ideal for those sunny narrow planting strips where a bright tough non spreading plant is needed.It may be 5' tall in ten years. Needs good sun. Hardy to -10 deg in USDA Zone 6
